Mixing The Emulsifyable Concentrate!

Works well as a feeding stimulant during late winter/early spring and dearths of nectar and to build up nucs, weak hives and swarms.

On the left is the concentrate, in the center is a pipette for adding 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of the concentrate, and on the right is the final mix ready to feed to the bees. A pint of the concentrate will make 100 quarts of the feeding mix at the recommended dose of 1 tsp. (5ml) per quart, or, 50 quarts of the feeding mix at a higher 2 tsp. (10ml) dose. If the dose is too strong the bees will not take the syrup. We recommend starting at the one tsp. (5ml) dose and working up to the stronger dose if desired.
